Tulum Vacation Rental Villa

It is hard to describe in words the beauty of the beach in Tulum, turquoise water and extremely white sand , low constructions and low density, all adds up to give you an incredible beach experience. The house is nicely located behind the palm trees and the low dune for added privacy.

The house has 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine with another bed . It has a great terrace facing the beach with table and chairs, hamacs .

The full time care taker lives nearby and will assist you with the beach chairs, hamacs, and anything else you might need.

There is no electricity in this part of Tulum. Energy comes from solar panels , complemented by a generator for the occasional rainy day. The fridge works on gas. Please make sure to turn off the lights and fans when not in use.

We had an incredible vacation in Tulum at Casa Sarah. The villa was beautiful, simple, big, clean, and in a beautiful and private location a little past km10 on the beach road. It sits on a small sand dune right on the beach. It's got a great porch with an outdoor table and chairs. It is 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. There is one king bed upstairs with a bathroom, downstairs is a queen bed and a double bed each with their own bathrooms. There is mosquito netting for each bed, but we didn't need it. It's got a living room, kitchen (refrigerator and stove), and a garage. The kitchen was well supplied and easy to cook in. It's got good ventilation (the breeze from the ocean) and ceiling fans in each bedroom. It feels safe - the locks are great and the windows are high above ground. We very much enjoyed our stay. Caroline and Gerson were friendly and helpful. Sarah was so nice and did a great job cleaning. We wished we spoke better Spanish so we could communicate with her more!

I wanted to let you know that our stay in January, which was our honeymoon,at Villa Sortilegio (Casa Sarah) was truly an amazing ten days. The house,grounds, staff, and of course the beach were all wonderful. Additionally,Stephan and Hui were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.
