Casa Maeva now has a private beach club on the beach in front of the house . You will enjoy some shade, beach chairs , a shower, a wet bar , a BBQ and a table with chairs for 8. Picnics on the beach do not get easier and better than that ! The beach club is for the exclusive use of the house guests.

This new home is located in Playacar Phase 1, across a small quiet street from the most beautiful beach in Playacar. The beach there is very wide and sandy.

The living and dining room open to the terrace and the pool and have stunning views of the ocean . The jacuzzi on the roof is sure to be a favorite for sunset coktails.

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom . Two bedrooms have stunning ocean view, with direct access to the pool or jacuzzi .

The kitchen is very well designed and quiet big, with brushed aluminium appliances.

The house is only a 15 minutes walk from the famous 5th Avenue and the ferry dock to Cozumel.

A perfect place to spend our annual girls trip ! We had a fabulous time soaking up sun on the beach, drinking margaritas by the pool, grilling out on the cabaña and sharing laughs in the hot tub.

Four couples without kids came to relax and warm up in the midst of our Canadian winter. We witnessed the transformation of the beach, the pipes that brought sand from the ocean floor to rebuild the washed out shore. We proudly called ourselves the "pipe jumper". We had a great time together and wow to visit Mexico again.

Everything was perfect. Not a drop of rain, always a breeze. Loved the whale sharks and snorkeling. And the town. And tacos and of course the wonderful home.We enjoyed the pool and view and eating outside and the hot tub. Best: we always love the Mayan and Mexican people culture. We hate leaving and enjoy coming back.

By the way among other activities we swam with the whale sharks; swam with turtles twice in Akumal; a daughter parachuted from a plane onto the beach right in front of the house; loved walking downtown; and enjoyed just sitting on the patio.  It was a terrific place and I am glad to know the palapa does not ruin that spectacular view.

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that the house was well worth the trouble. A stunning home with great staff in a beautiful location, made all the more incredible by the beach club. We did lose access to the beach for 6 days while they rebuilt the portion in front of the house, and of course this was disappointing. Everything else (and everything in MM Realty’s control) was first rate.
