This home is located in Playacar Phase 1, a very short distance from the beach and close to Casa de los Cielos. It is at the end of a dead end street and is very quiet. The house is surrounded by gardens on 3 sides, including a Mayan ruin.
The living room opens to the terrace, the pool and the garden.
There is a nice covered terrace with some sitting space by the master bedroom terrace on the 3d floor, perfect to enjoy the ocean view while having a drink.
The house is only a 15 minutes walk from the famous 5th Avenue and the ferry dock to Cozumel.
