This home is located in Playacar Phase 1, a very short distance from the beach.
The living and dining room open to the terrace, the pool and the garden. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
The kitchen is well equiped and you can eat either inside or on the covered terrace. the rooftop offers some nice views and is perfect for cocktail hour , watching the ocean.
The villa can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom house.
The house is only a 15 minutes walk from the famous 5th Avenue and the ferry dock to Cozumel.
