Dear Orane,
Our vacation time in Casa Caramelo was WONDERFUL. We couldn't have asked for better weather,
the view was incredible, and the house was perfect for our family. I would not hesitate to recommend
it to others, nor would we hesitate to return for another family vacation ourselves.
Starting with the drivers, (Frederico and ...?) picking us up at the airport. They were extremely respectful
of all our requests and wishes. Both were careful drivers and so nice.......!
We appreciated the basics in the kitchen. Having salt, pepper and oil was a great help to us. We even help ourselves to
some wine vinegar in the cupboard.
My children, my grandbaby, and Alberto & I will carry incredible memories of our week in Playa del Carmen. It was
everything we had looked forward to in a family vacation. You were helpful in answering all our questions, Orane,
and we appreciate your patience with us. We also thank you for asking for our feedback. I hope it helps since I think
Cara Caramelo is worth coming back to.

Hello,
We just spent a great week in casa Caramelo . The office staff was extremely organized and responsive to our needs ! The pool and house cleaning was excellent . The workers were very polite and courteaous. Blanca was convenient and accomodating . The house was beautiful, we enjoyed its very private and behind the scene setting. We loved it ! Thank you again for a great week.
